Doctor of Chiropractic
Ellan Vannin Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is suitable for both new graduates and experienced chiropractors who are passionate about delivering excellent client care and working within a supportive clinic environment.
We are a busy, established clinic based on the Isle of Man with a strong reputation for client-centred care, professionalism, and teamwork. Our clients range from babies to older adults, athletes, professionals, pregnancy and family care, with a focus on long-term health, wellbeing, and function.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about clinical care, but also excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a clinic. The successful candidate must be willing to learn the skills involved in growing their client base, developing long-term relationships, contributing to the clinic culture, and becoming an active part of an expanding practice. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn about practice growth, communication, and client experience are highly valued.
We are looking for a chiropractor who is fully qualified, registered or eligible for registration to practise, and keen to continue developing both clinically and professionally. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a caring and approachable manner, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
New graduates will benefit from mentorship and support, while experienced chiropractors will have the opportunity to grow within an established and respected practice. An interest in family care, wellness care, pregnancy, paediatrics, rehabilitation, or adjusting techniques would be advantageous, although not essential.

Non Clinical Roles
Massage Therapist
Are you a qualified and experienced massage therapist looking to join a professional, friendly chiropractic clinic team? Ellan Vannin Chiropractic Clinic on the Isle of Man is looking for a motivated therapist to work within our established practice, helping support our clients' health, recovery, and wellbeing in a collaborative environment.
We are particularly interested in therapists with experience or additional training in sports massage, pregnancy massage, or lymphatic drainage massage. An interest in learning more about chiropractic care and working alongside chiropractors is essential.
This role is based within our clinic, and the successful applicant will be treating and supporting clinic clients as part of the wider team. We are looking for someone professional, approachable, caring, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
The position will initially begin with one shift per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as demand grows. A minimum of six hours per week will be offered, with individual shifts no longer than five hours. Some flexibility with evenings or weekends may be required.
There is flexibility for the role to be offered on either an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the experience and preferences of the successful candidate.
Applicants should hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy or equivalent, along with valid professional insurance and a good understanding of anatomy and physiology. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
