Nearly 20 years of caring for Douglas families
Ellan Vannin Family Chiropractic Clinic has been part of the Douglas community for almost two decades. Our name comes from the Manx Gaelic for the Isle of Man, reflecting our deep connection to this place and the people who call it home.
We started with a simple belief: that everyone deserves access to skilled, holistic healthcare that treats them as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. That belief still guides everything we do.
Over the years, we've supported thousands of people through pregnancy, helped children settle and thrive, worked with athletes and desk workers alike, and walked alongside older adults who want to stay active and independent.
We treat people, not conditions. Our approach combines:
Experienced practitioners who genuinely care about your wellbeing and helping you live your best life

Sunny Chen is an enthusiastic chiropractor who joined Ellan Vannin Chiropractic Clinic in August 2025. Originally from Hong Kong, Sunny spent three years at King William's College on the Isle of Man, building a strong connection to the island and its community. He graduated from AECC University College in Bournemouth, with a particular interest in sports-related rehabilitation.
Sunny is eager to learn and expand his experience, particularly in paediatric and geriatric care, to better support patients at all stages of life. Central to his approach is educating patients about mindfulness and the power of the nervous system - providing practical advice aimed not only at relieving pain but also at improving daily function and wellbeing. Outside of work, Sunny enjoys running, going to the gym, exploring nature, reading, and watching a good game of football. While he takes his chiropractic care seriously, he has a soft spot for great cuisine - especially the Isle of Man's cheese, chips, and gravy, which he considers the perfect way to reward a hard day's work!
